2025-2026 Sessions
In Florida, water polo is a year-round sport. We structure the calendar year into three sessions.
- Spring 2025 Session (9 Jan - 31 May)
- Summer 2025 Session (1 Jun - 10 Aug)
- Fall 2025 Session (14 August - 31 December), registrations due by 10 August
- Spring 2026 (8 January - 30 May), registrations due by 5 January
Weekly Practice Schedule
- Mondays OR Tuesdays, ZOOM Call, technique and strategy review - 5:30-6pm EST, attend both if you like
- Thursdays, YMCA Pool Practice (Indoor, lightning dependent) - 5:00-6:45pm EST
- Saturdays, Arlington Pool Practice (Outdoor, lightning dependent) - 10:45am-12:45pm EST

2025-2026 Tournaments
Tournaments are optional but are highly encouraged. Athletes learn a lot, build team camaraderie, and make friendships across the state. Our goal is to compete about every 6 weeks. Costs vary by tournament; entry fees range from $100-$175 per athlete, plus travel and lodging.
- Jan 17-20, 2025: SAA Winter Classic (St. Andrews, Boca Raton)
- Apr 18-20, 2025: Ocala FAST (Ocala)
- June 07 2025, Seminole Winter Invite, Sanford FL

- Dec 6-7 2025, Seminole Winter Invite, Sanford FL
